They were really nice when it comes to the inspection and stuff but they gave me a quote after the inspection to change the front brakes and rotors plus one caliber in the front they wanted 1200 plus dollars so I called Chilas garage in gibbstown and let me just say no gimmicks no playing around I told them I bought the parts and just needed them to install in which he told me 180 dollars to install. So the total cost even with high performance parts for my mustang it was 500 dollars so 700 dollars cheaper.

My 77 year old mother ( who is fighting cancer) brought her car to Mr Tire today for an oil change. There was nothing wrong with the car as she drove it to several stores beforehand and was only stopping in for basic maintenance. After inspection of the car the employee notified my mother there was corrosion on one of her battery terminals and it would be $21 to repair. The okay was given for that repair. Once the repair was performed the vehicle acquired a check engine light. The manager told my mother that her light was on when they brought the car in and she would be responsible for all repairs. My mother knew there was NOT any warning lights on inside of the vehicle and felt she was being taken advantage of. She decided to leave with her car. Upon leaving the car would not operate properly and there was a flashing check engine light. She lives about 2 miles from the shop and thankfully got home safely. It I now after hours and she is without a vehicle. We are going to have the car towed to a reputable shop for diagnosis. I will update on the progress.

Needed 2 front tires & Matt was right on it. He inspected my tires & noticed there was a bubble on one of the front tires & was very informative as to what may happen if I didn’t get it replaced. He & Jeff were the nicest guys to deal with, so kind & courteous. I definitely would recommend them to all my friends & family members.

Misleading prices for tire installation. The price quoted over the phone was not honored in person. When you call Mr. Tire you are transferred to a call center in another country with people who barely speak English. Classic bait and switch tactics. Customer service was horrendous as well. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
