I’m a career service advisor in the car and motorcycle industry from Arizona, we just moved back to the east coast and I needed a set of tires in a pinch. Usually I go to Amazon and bring the tires to where I work or whatever shop is mounting and balancing. I got connected with Rob, another career OG in the vehicle maintenance and repair field, he surprisingly had the tires in stock, and competitively priced when compared the Amazon tires, and you need to take into account that I don’t need to order them and wait and lug them around in my vehicle. He also offered me a package for the lifetime of the tires if I need a patch or replacement which I’ve never purchased but since I work 7 days a week I need all the convenience services I can attain that are reasonably priced, which this is. The young man who did my balancing was a rather beastly fella , who if I had to guess likes country music, tossed around my 285/45r22’s like they were paper weights in a sick pair of cowboy boots, he balanced my rims and tires better than I ever did and that is saying something. There was two matters that needed to be resolved which only took a phone call in which Rob apologized and said they would make it right. Really impressed with these guys over here, finding a good shop and advisor are difficult, go see my guys….im confident they will take care of you, tell them Will sent ya…..

I'm glad they could see me on a Sunday. And the front desk guy was very helpful. I don't blame him, he did what he was told when he called his boss. But the website says a check engine light diagnostic is free. It was not. I also said when I came in the light had gone off. They said they couldn't run the scan because the light had gone off. Still charged me $117.00. if had known that the light still had to be on, I would not have brought it in. Again, not guy who was at the front desk fault. He did what he was told. But $117 for a test that couldn't even be done seems unfair.
