Baja tires Introduce

For residents and vehicle owners in Los Angeles, California, particularly near 7219 Alameda St D, Baja Tires is an establishment that operates within the automotive service sector. While the provided platform category is "Auto Repair Stations," it's apparent from the business name "Baja Tires" that its primary focus is on tire-related services and products. As such, it would offer corresponding goods for sale, primarily tires, and services related to their installation, maintenance, and repair, catering to the needs of local vehicle owners.

Baja Tires can be contacted via phone at (323) 582-3512 or mobile at +1 323-582-3512. The physical location at 7219 Alameda St D suggests it is situated within a commercial or industrial area in Los Angeles, a common setting for tire shops and auto service centers. The environment of a typical tire shop like Baja Tires would primarily consist of a garage area. This area would be equipped with essential tools and machinery for tire service, including tire mounting and balancing machines, air compressors, and various hand tools required for tire removal, inspection, and installation. There would also likely be a customer waiting area and a service counter for inquiries, scheduling, and payment processing. While specific details about the cleanliness, organization, or amenities of Baja Tires' specific environment are not provided, these are standard expectations for such a facility.

The core services offered by Baja Tires, in line with its name, would include a range of tire-centric operations. These typically encompass:

  • Tire Sales: Offering new tires from various brands, and potentially used tires, to cater to different budgets and vehicle types.
  • Tire Installation: Professional mounting and balancing of tires onto vehicle wheels.
  • Tire Repair: Patching punctures and addressing other minor tire damage to extend the life of a tire, where repair is safe and feasible.
  • Tire Rotation: Swapping the position of tires on a vehicle to promote even wear and prolong tire life.
  • Tire Balancing: Ensuring the weight of the tire and wheel assembly is evenly distributed for smooth driving and reduced wear.
Given that it falls under the broader "Auto Repair Stations" category, it might also offer very basic, related automotive services, but its specialization is undoubtedly in tires. Goods for sale would predominantly be new and possibly used tires, along with related accessories like valve stems and tire pressure gauges.

When evaluating an automotive service provider, features such as professional workmanship, transparent pricing, efficient service, and honest dealings are highly valued by customers. Based on the provided customer review, there are significant concerns regarding these aspects at Baja Tires. The review indicates a negative experience where the customer felt "over charge for crappie job" and had to seek assistance from "another tire shop." This suggests issues with the quality of repair work and pricing practices. Specifically, the customer stated that a "stick" (likely a tire plug) was used for a patch when a more comprehensive repair might have been needed, and that they were charged for "two patches when they only did one." This highlights a potential lack of transparency in billing and an inadequacy in the repair method employed.

The customer's experience also implies a lack of proper diagnosis, as they had to visit another shop to understand the initial issue and the perceived mishandling of the repair. The comment "just took your money cause all they did is put a like a stick in your tire to patch it when the nail was doing that already" suggests that the repair did not effectively resolve the underlying problem or was not a suitable fix for the type of damage present. The phrase "sending you to another tire shop" further reinforces the idea that the service provided at Baja Tires was insufficient to resolve the customer's vehicle issue.

Regarding promotional information, the provided data does not include any details about specific promotions, discounts, or special offers from Baja Tires. Auto parts stores and tire shops often run various promotions to attract customers, such as discounts on new tire purchases, special pricing on installation services, or deals on tire packages. Without any explicit information, it is not possible to describe any current or past promotional activities for this establishment. However, the customer review's mention of being "over charge" and the perceived low quality of work suggest that value for money, which is often a goal of promotions, was not achieved in this particular instance.

In conclusion, Baja Tires, located at 7219 Alameda St D in Los Angeles, CA, positions itself as a tire service provider within the broader Auto Repair Stations category. Its primary function is to offer tire sales, installation, and repair. However, the available customer feedback raises significant concerns regarding the quality of workmanship, pricing transparency, and overall customer satisfaction. The review indicates issues with ineffective repairs, potentially misleading billing practices, and the need for the customer to seek further service elsewhere. For local users considering Baja Tires, it is important to be aware of this reported negative experience and to potentially inquire thoroughly about specific repair methods and pricing before committing to services.

Baja tires Customer Reviews

They over charge for crappie job and I still had to go to another tire shop to tell me where you went because they did you wrong and just took your money cause all they did is put a like a stick in your tire to patch it when the nail was doing that already. Plus they charge me for two patches when they only did one. Never go there if you do you just pay tip for them sitting there and sending you to another tire shop
