No complaints coming from me, I’ve read a lot of the bad reviews and about the poor customer service coming from the lady and I could see why people will feel that way lol but she never mistreated me, I took my 2016 mustang gt to get my windows tinted back in 2017 and it held up pretty long let’s be real no tint job is going to last forever without bubbling up somewhere.. my rear window tint did start bubbling up after about 3 years I took it back and they stayed true to their word they retinted my rear windshield free of charge.. but I’ll be honest they weren’t to thrilled about having to do warranty job, the short dude who works on the cars told me to come back in 7 days because they are really busy lol I’ll understand maybe 1-2 days later but he literally told me to come back in 7 days I guess he was hoping I wouldn’t return back but I did and they stay true to their word

Horrible job bubble in less than 1 year, an there lying about the 5 year warranty they purposely change the color on my car so the receipt dont match. They lady gabriella is very rude and unprofessional she has no kind of customer service.... by the way shes the one that wrote out my paper not to match....

Horrible customer serrvice! their fraud ! b careful Check your receipt before taking off they will write a diferent color on your car for they wont honor their warranty! n accuse u of bringing a diferent car to get the tints fix! our tints got damage in less then a yr! n they refuse to honor waranty cuz somone dont know their colors! they will put blue instead of black! or random colors ! the Lady working there is the worst ever!! she is rude u proffesional n she clearly said “customers r not right in this shop! so she accused us of fraud! when im sure they have cameras n all the sfores near by have cameras to c we took this car! please avoid the disappointment n frustration! i am not the only one that was mad that day at them! other customers complaints too!

Horrible customer service !this place would work better with out the lady working there! She is so disrespectful she latterly went off on my dad when he went to complain that his rings had bubbled up! She went off on my mom over the phone n said she can take her to small claims court n she didnt care! She said customers don’t matter in that shop! Accused my dad of takin another car when we only have two black cars! Someone needs to take her away form customer service !
