So my husband found this place to fix his motorcycle and it had great reviews so we thought we’d give it a shot. The owner Bob told him when to drop off the bike, needed gas tank cleaned and carbs cleaned and adjusted. Waited about a week and called, was told they’re very busy. He is the only one working and hasn’t had a chance to get to it yet. Call several more times over the next several weeks and keep hearing the same story. After 3 months, he calls for an update and the phone keeps being picked up and hung up. Amazingly, when he dials from my phone, Bob answers and says the call showed up spam call. Guy said it would finally be ready and my husband goes to pick it up. The gas tank was not cleaned properly, just basically put a little detergent in it so still has rust. Runs the same as it did before and paid $113 for this guy to have the bike sit there for 3 months total. What a joke. Would not recommend.

I cannot praise them enough! A piece of debris kicked up and caught a radiator hose on my motorcycle. Coolant was leaking and I was trying to keep my appointments with my patients, but I wasn't going anywhere (not for long anyhow). I turned around to B&L, because I didn't know what else to do. They were clearly very busy, but that didn't stop them from being concerned and helping me out. They made sure they did everything in their power to help me get back on the road. I could not thank them enough! Amazing business experience!

Any questions/inquiries/etc. apparently must all be handled in person via walk-ins because the phone never gets answered and the voice mailbox is always full...even during their normal business hours.

Mechanic and office were very helpful very fair priced. Will take my bike there for all service work from now on suggest this place to anyone who needs anything for two wheels.
