Bill must be mad I'm sharing his BS to everyone since my review seems to have been deleted, but I don't care. People need to know what they are subjecting themselves to when they bring their CAR here. I unfortunately took my car here at the end of August 2024 for braking issues and not only did they not fix my brakes but they put my calipers back on UPSIDE DOWN AND ON THE WRONG SIDES. Then come to find out that they also put a wheel bearing on BACKWARDS. I paid a different shop $418 to fix B&B’s lack of care and after refusing to make it right and deny it was him, he's mad I made him give me back money that I wasted because he doesn't want to do his job. Close your shop if you aren't going to fix cars correctly. Taking advantage of customers like this just because you don't like or want to do your job is ridiculous and even more ridiculous to be mad when people are justifiably mad you caused a bigger issue than what was initially had. If you don’t have the bandwidth or ability to fix something then say that. And for a shop that says they’re open everyday, there’s no reason for it to have taken basically a month to get my car back just for it to not be fixed correctly. Nobody else has touched my car except for this shop for brakes and I have proof of that. My car ran fine before he put everything back on wrong. Bill is a liar, and might as well be a thief since he was only willing to give me $200 (which he apparently can't do math either because that is not half of $418). I had my company vehicle towed to this shop on 1/7/25. After speaking with the owner, I was told I needed a new battery and that he would provide a price by the end of the day and call me back. That never happened. Since then, I have left multiple voicemails and called numerous times, but no one answers the phone. It’s now 2/11/25, and I still can’t get in touch with anyone. This is completely unacceptable—what kind of business operates like this?

Going and having my vehicle towed out of this bullshit place next week. I would give zero stars if I could. My vehicle has been sitting there since August. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They needed to be reported to the BBB. I'm tired of the lies and bullshit I get every time I go in. Now I'm taking control. Will also file legal papers if needed. Apparently this business doesn't know me. Don't ever use this place read all the reviews first. Most of these are bots by employees there. So take the time before making a decision you may regret. Wish my Aunt would have before having my vehicle towed there. Go there and look at how many cars are there. 100 percent of them was there when my vehicle got there. So what does that tell you. I and just my opinion but think this is a cover for something. This business really needs to be looked into.

Wosrt garage ever. He has had our Volkswagon since September 2024, paid for a new engine & here we are 8 months later our car is sitting in the corner covered in dust & is still not done. We keep getting the run around, stating his engine guy doesn't come to work among other excuses & lies. I guess it's time to call our attorney.
