I visited the Aliquippa/Hopewell location today at around noon for help with replacing the batteries in my key fob. The gentleman behind the counter refused. When I stated the Ambridge location is always happy to assist with this he replied with “ Well you can go there and they can break it for you.” Awful service. With that said I did go to the Ambridge location and was assisted by a lady named Melissa G who was absolutely wonderful! I will never return to the Aliquippa location and I live closer to there!

Went there this morning. The man behind the counter is lazy. I told him I need a bottle of this ( held up empty coolant container). He said it's over on that wall. Couldn't take the time to try and assist me. Refused to help me when I asked if he could help me put it in . I left and went across the street to AUTO ZONE. Great customer service, 3$ less expensive for the same product, employees treated me like a queen and filled my coolant for me. Great customer service! Big difference.

But I went in there looking for a turn signal bulb I was unsure of which one you get. It looks like they no longer have a book that you can come through to find the bald or any bald that you need. One of the guys working was more than helpful when he came over at me if I need any help and took care of me to the best of his ability and succeeded. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to the store
