Wasn't very pleased with the customer service. They aren't as knowledgeable as they should be and on more than one occasion they have lost a part I ordered through them or messed up on a simple fix so had to get a refund/replacement. Not a very clean or orderly place. Very disappointed and probably won't be going there again.

They had the wrong sized brakes parts cleaner advertised as 2/$10. They charged me $11.49 each but I didn't notice until I checked my receipt at home. The "assistant manage" refused to correct the issue and also refused to take down the misleading sales tag. Called the cops on me in about 1 minute and said I was intimidating him. Refused to call a real manager or do anything at all. They are twice the price on every product. We deserve better, don't shop there, they don't deserve to be in business.

Jake was extremely helpful during my recent visit. After some much appreciated effort on quite a cold evening, he was able to diagnose an electrical issue with my car and come up with an economical solution. Lots of competition in this area, but I won't hesitate at all to return to this store. Big shout-out to Bob as well - always nice to have some additional help. Clean store, friendly and knowledgeable staff, good prices - what else could you possibly want?
