We had a serpentine belt that was going bad and we needed to change it in the parking lot. They helped us with every question we asked and went above and beyond to help us with what we needed. We left only to have the belt start to tear and come off. We called back about the warranty and they were abel to help us with using it and getting a better belt to try that. The one younger gentleman we asked if he could come look over the belt as he's changed them out before and he said he would. Hopefully we got it right this time and don't have to do it for a 3rd time in a day. They also checked our battery and gave us all the options for that aswell. Thank you Autozone.

My headlights went out so I went to AutoZone to see if they could help. Abrí came outside and looked at it and then replaced the bulbs for me. It was also really cold out and she happily helped me. I really appreciate all her help!

Auto Zone employees are amazing and kind. I live 30 minutes away and had a flat tire. Since it wasn’t fixable the guy found my spare tire which was hidden well. He did everything for me at no cost. Just truly amazing. Thank you!
