My mom went in to buy and air filter and a cabin air filter. All which costed her ~$41. She went home and found both filters online totaling $20. When she went back to return them, the guy at the counter had an attitude and was super rude to her about returning them when he asked her why she was returning them and she was honest with him saying she found both for half the price online (same brand). She never opened them or used them at all and returned them in under 2 hours.

Was in a situation today. Bought a lil boat but couldn't bring it home because hit h wouldn't come off to put correct size. O'Riley employees made me wait 25 minutes just to say "nvm we can't help you" without even looking. Went to this Napa and enthusiastically greeting by Penny. She was so nice. Then the owner himself,John came out and took a look,then went above and beyond by not only finding the right tools for the job,but by doing it himself. I can't thank them enough. They just gained a loyal customer.

Worst service ever, went into store, waited while employee was on phone, he looked at me and knew I was there and was never acknowledged being there then proceeded to answer more phone calls leaving me just stand there, absolutely horrible store, never will recommend wasting your money there, again absolutely horrible customer service, I will walk before I get a part from them to fix my car. I would give ZERO stars if it let you.
