I came in to buy a battery to try to replace in my key fob. Not only did they replace it for me, they had an extra battery so they just used that one and didn’t even charge me! So super nice and just a wonderful and kind help to me.

Called ahead to see if they had red vinyl spray paint at their location, the male who answered said “yes we have lots of red vinyl spray paint, you’d just have to come look at the different reds we have. I’m not sure if we have the red you’re looking for” We drive down only to see there is just one shade of red vinyl, we accept it as it is, and ask to buy that one. The workers looked at us so silly, waited a couple minutes then proceeded to tell us they don’t have a key tonight, the locks were changed and they’re still waiting on a new key. Not sure why that information wasn’t shared when we called ahead, I guess you can’t fix stupid. We used to love this location, if I could give tonight’s customer service experience zero stars. I would!

I’m a commercial account for 22 years & send my college daughters when they need helped/their cars. Isaac who said let me see if I can get someone to help install a battery, we are busy & don’t usually install commercial batteries, please hold. Ok holding, Michael store mgr picked up & said … we can’t help. We will never go back here to this store . Thank goodness the other Autozone are helpful, she’s driving to our usual one now on McDowell, they are the best!

i had to get a new battery this morning and everyone was so so helpful! they exceeded my needs times a million! i believe the managers name was michael and he was amazing, alongside the other employees of course :) thank you again for everything!

The employee Daisy that works at this location is so helpful and knowledgeable. It's really refreshing to have a female employee help me with these kinds of things. Plus she was super friendly and actually told me exactly what she was doing and why. Thank you Daisy!
