Gerald was the most helpful automotive employee i’ve ever met! my alternator belt had flown off and i just barely made it to the parking lot, Gerald stood out in the freezing rain and replaced my battery for me, and checked out everything else and figured out my belt had fallen off, he grabbed it out and sent me on my way to a very reliable mechanic and i was back up and running within an hour!! I cannot express my gratitude for these employees!!! beyond helpful and nice, despite the horrible weather they were assisting me in!!!

The store manager, Gerald, has been an absolute goldmine of practical information on multiple occasions. As well as tricks and tips to get a job done the easiest, and best way. I've gotten help at other auto parts stores, but nothing has come close yet to this location. And the rest of the staff has been friendly very friendly and fun. Joe is a very knowledgeable and respectful young man. They need a lot more like him. From finding the right bolt, headlight bulb, or actual engine parts, he's my go to employee if I need help. He always answers all my questions and goes above and beyond to make the customer happy.
