Update: 06/25/24 Manager (Cashier #13 from below) assisted me and I ordered different radiatior for my model truck. My fault, bcz she's amazing and asked if I was certain. Brought radiator back and Rafael explained that I could "technically" still use the radiator, but still went out of his way to replace it. Even the associate who checked to see if part was in stock (when I called) was super nice and respectful. Best location to buy my parts and get treated like family. Update: 4/12/24 I couldn't find a standard air filter (07 Tahoe) anywhere, for bundle special. Cashier #13 Reg #02 trnsct # 371979 didn't say "too bad" or anything. She actually apologized for the known inconvenience and took care of me by including another air filter that was available. "We got you" were her exact words. Thank you! So professional and courteous. I recommend you get her into management quickly, unless she is one. ✌️ I've been to other Zone stores and purchased wipers for my truck and their associates couldn't figure out how to replace my wipers (purchased previously from AutoZone). Purchased wipers here and sales manager quickly removed adapter with pliers and I was able to install them. She made sure I was taken care of. 👍

Around 8:20am 12/12/2024. I went to check on a core refound that never happened and I waited several weeks, the guy at the register was being helpful and the guy in black shirt that came from the back too they were totally helpful and professional about their mistake but the girl in black shirt that came from the back too jad a nasty attitude and when we were almost done with the transaction with a disgusting attitude and looking at me like I was beggin for her money and not claiming my money back said to me while looking uo and down like I was a stinking trash bag ''signature'' and turned away walking to the back. Made me feel very grateful to conduct my business there. Besides that everybody were polite and professional about my issue.. thank you guys.

Helpful service. My partner ordered a tool online and when we came to pick it up we discovered it was accidentally ordered to a store in a completely different state. Oops. The gentleman that helped us found the item, luckily it was in stock and we were able to buy it here instead.
