Roger was so amazing and helpful from beginning to end. I took my Tesla to get wheel alignment. I will definitely come back! They do brakes a-swell for the Tesla. I highly recommend Thank you Roger and team!

I will never go to this shop! I called over a week ago and got a price quote and had forgotten it. I collected the money she originally told me to get Danielle. From there she was extremely rude the second time I called looked for any excuse not to help me and was extremely nasty attitude sighing a lot on the phone so glad I had her on speaker to have my best friend hear it ! She couldn't guarantee the worker anything since I bought the part off eBay she looked for every excuse for me not to use my own parts! If you are sensitive and you are going through a hard time trying to fix your car do not take it here they have no empathy! I will never forgive Danielle she's totally Doctor Jekyll and Mr Hyde one week kind next week and Negative Bully ! Shame on the shop for the false hope and the false price !!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this shop if you need an alignment done, I took my 2019 dodge ram 3500 after upgrading to some bigger tires and apparently they “did and alignment” which it was not done properly, once I drove my truck home the traction light came on multiple times do to the steering angle sensor going off calibration once they were done, I tried going back and shop manager and lady at the desk said I needed to take it to the Victorville location because they didn’t have a tool or scanner to calibrate the sensor, I drove myself to vv location and they said sorry we can’t touch it because it has a lift and bigger tires I told them hesperia location sent me over to them and apparently vv location is corporate owned and hesperia is private owned, brakes masters in hesperia should’ve never touch my truck if they don’t have the proper tools to do so wasted my time and money 👎🏼 I ended up taking my truck to a different shop down the street and they got alignment done perfect and calibrated my sensor.
