I am very happy with the care that I receive from the staff, especially the manager from the Hesperia Jiffy Lube. He is always good to me. Helping me. I am a single mother of 5 and the staff excellence is always a plus in my life. Thank you.

I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for service. I needed an oil change and routine maintenance on my car. I was in and out in 20 minutes. It was affordable, convenient, quick and great service. Fernando was great to work with. He explained everything and was very kind, courteous and professional. He and his staff went over and beyond to make this top notch service. I will definitely be back.

I have been to this service location numerous times before and I never had a problem. However, on this experience, it turned out to be a disaster. During the oil change, they must’ve dropped the filter which spilled oil all over the engine compartment, suspension, and drivetrain. They never bothered to clean it up. About 1 hour after I parked the vehicle at home I discovered a large puddle underneath it on the driveway. It took me two hours to clean up the mess on the vehicle and driveway which they should’ve addressed on site. There is no excuse for this situation. They know they did it, they were standing underneath it while it was dripping down on them in the service bay pit. Add to this that there was no one waiting behind me to have their vehicle serviced. I certainly hope this does not happen to other people like it has happened to me. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I had a coupon and my oil change came out to 106 the red head male who took my cash lied and charged me 96 $ saying he took off 30 $ when it was only 106.then they put water in my windshield wiper fluid lol and didn't provide my next oil change date sticker ! Just because a woman steps into ur business don't think we are all nieve!!! Very bad service at this location!!!

This is by far the best Jiffy Lube I've visited. The tech found a split heater hose and my radiator fluid was low as it was leaking from that hose. He took a special trip to the auto parts store to find a replacement hose and didn't even charg me for it! I had a drive to las vegas planned the following morning so i was so grateful this issue was fixed. I imagine i would be broken down on the side of the road in the middle of the desert if that problem wasn't corrected before my trip. Thanks a million guys. You won't find any better place than this! Highly recommend 👌 👍

I went in right before closing and Larry still took care of me, he was attentive, quick but effective let me know what I need to get done and didn't try to upsale me was total honest and fair will definitely be back thanks Larry..... PS restroom was super clean!!!

This location always takes care of me. They're very kind, courteous & informative throughout, so I keep coming back for my vehicle's needs. Owner may need to rethink autozone though, my parts took way longer than expected to be delivered to this location.
