Firestone Complete Auto Care

I wanted to give Thanks to the Service Team At Firestone. I was able to speak with Ricky Service Manager. I informed this Gentleman that I needed my tires replaced. He quoted me a price that was within my Budget. Upon arrival the technician replaced my tires on my vehicle. I received an alignment on my vehicle because I have a Lifetime alignment on my Vehicles with Firestone. The technician recommended that my wipers for safety reasons be replaced. Because of the rain we have Had I was happy to have replaced. Service team at Firestone was awesome. Thanks to Ricky Service manager , Eddie service advisor, Master Technician Diego and Technician Diego were all involved in making sure my vehicle was done same day. Thank you Gentlemen. 👏👏👏👍

I had a very disappointing experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Hesperia, CA. I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 AM on February 19th to drop off my truck so they could inspect the front suspension and replace any necessary parts. I also made it clear to them that this was urgent because I was leaving on the 21st and needed the repairs done as soon as possible. Despite my appointment and urgency, they didn’t even start looking at my truck until after 2 PM over four hours later! The only reason I found out they hadn't even checked my truck was because I went back to verify my phone number since I hadn’t received any updates. Shortly after, at 2:33 PM, I finally got a call from them confirming that my truck needed ball joint replacements. But then they told me they didn’t have the proper tools to do the job and still charged for the inspection of what I had already told them the truck needed. Their excuse? They claimed they don’t work on heavy duty trucks, yet they worked on my truck back in 2023, replacing the center link without any issues. So why accept my appointment in the first place if they weren’t even capable of completing the work? I wasted nearly a whole day waiting for nothing, despite stressing how time sensitive this was. If you need reliable service with proper communication and commitment to actually completing the job, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

19,000 miles Nissan Altima 2021. What I agreed to pay and what I ended up paying because they didn’t use the lug key tool correctly was uncalled for ( probably used an impact my guess). Broke the key lug I did not get it back before I left. Told them to just put regular lugs on to make it easy I didn’t have time to wait for some on order. $20 a lug is what they charged me for the replacement lugs for the locked ones I came in with. I told them I’m not paying for lugs they broke when the tool and lugs haven’t been touched since the dealership. I have dry rot tires that’s why I’m there. Gave me a 10% discount so I said ok I’ll pay the $20 difference on the price. When I left found out the 10% was only applied to the $80 lugs not the $600 order so I got $8 not $60 off like I thought. Was there over 2 hours for tire change, the technician made a mistake, customer service was good but they got me with the discount confusion especially with the $100 deposit I already put I thought the price I paid was without the deposit calculated or I would not have left. I will take my business elsewhere farther down the road and so will my family and friends.

Theres plenty of parking to the side of the store. Inside, it’s quiet, clean and they have tv playing. This is the second time I’ve come here and was happy with my experience. I’ve purchased 2 life time alignment services with this exact store. I came to Firestone on a Saturday. There was a line when I arrived for my appointment, but it went down fast. I was as helped by 2 gentleman who got me in and out within the hour. I appreciated that because I had no way of getting back home to wait.

Ricky was very professional and very helpful. I bring all my vehicles to him. He goes above and beyond to help me out. Main Tech Jason made me very aware of my car and it’s situation. Very knowledgeable. Everybody I’ve been in contact has been very helpful and curtious. Overall I’ve had very good experience doing business at this location and will continue to. They seem to have the customers back. I’ve been in the business and they haven’t done me wrong.
