I walked in to auto zone (01*06*2025 around 7-8) to purchase low beam head lights. I open the door and Gabriel P. Greeted me right away and asked me how could he help. He also came out to help me install the low beam lights. Gabriel P. Finished installing the lowbeams with in 10 minutes!-. Great attitude gave me plenty of options for headlights,great energy good vibe,good conversation. Thank you Gabriel you're the best!-.

Had a bad experience with a return with a warranty on my battery...with one of the worst workers there named Tiffany C..made me feel like I did something wrong with my warranty..made me feel like I stole my battery..she has the worst costumers service ever did want to listen to me and try anything else to help out other than embarrassed me in front of all the costumers that day..I got a battery and got hold of the store manager in the afternoon shift. He was the best help for me got my warranty taken care of and was able to figure out what was wrong..and gave me my money back and apologized for Tiffany C and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of..so my best recommendation is to go in the afternoon and see the afternoon manager and he goes above and beyond for the costumers and not like Tiffany C. She has poor costumers service and is not willing to do anything to help her costumers. So my best recommendation is talk to the afternoon manager and not Tiffany C she doesn't know what she is doing and has bad customer services .the only one that is really helpful from the morning is the order guy in the front in the morning shift but the the rest of the morning shift isn't helpful at all for me that day..the afternoon shift will take time to help out with everything and the manager is very helpful to .he gave me me refund for the battery that Tiffany C made me buy..and gave me my three years warranty for my battery..on the battery that Tiffany C was saying I stole to not give me my warranty..but I wanted to thank the second shift manager for all the help he did and for taking the time to help me out mario

So I bought a new battery went to AutoZone just for them to check it. They told me the battery was dead as hell. I only had a couple more starts on. It was not the battery. It was the starter. The machine hooked up to the car needs to be replaced, or the employees are incompetent either one.

Surprised by a dead battery this morning. Stopped by Auto Zone to have it tested. Juan S helped me in prompt and courteous manner.In a few short minutes he sent me on my way with my new battery to have installed by a local mechanic a block away. I returned with the old battery to trade it in and get the credit as promised. Everything he told me was accurate and it was an easy and stress less transaction. Great employee who represented his company in a very professional manner. I would not hesitate to return for future automotive needs.

I was so desperate to get windshield wipers because I could barely see tonight in the rain. The ones I had needed replacement. I get there at 9:57 pm 3 min before closing and Andrew M. Helped me find them and even though the store was closing he helped me put them on . So awesome.
