Jiffy Lube

Updates: I now am taking these individuals collectively to court as they have denied payment and responsibility. They have not shown me any proof of filing the claim and lied to my face regarding the safety of the vehicle so I most definitely am going to the depths of hell to ensure they reap what was sewn. Hello public, Hello Jiffy Lube associates.. the customer service team is so nice but they told me the car was ok and it truly was not. As you can see here this $105 oil change with a coolant top up has led to me using old reliable.. MY TWO FEET! Haha I am currently in communication with Jiffy Lube and a mechanic shop. So far radiator leak diagnosis, and pending other findings associated to this simple oil change of less than ten minutes… Yay but not yay. Jiffy Lube I will post according to your communication and willingness to reimburse for all mechanic fees and the $50 tow truck fee paid in cash.

Daniel and Robert took well care of me ! I work 2 jobs and usually in a time crunch . No problem here. Got my oil change done in a jiffy! Daniel and Robert have excellent customer service ! I was given recommendations on my vehicle but not once did I feel pressured . I was told I can come back at anytime ! Because of Daniel and Robert’s honesty, experience, I will be coming back !

Super impressed with this team! Opened right on time on a Monday morning, had me in and out right away and was under $100 for a synthetic oil change. I told the guys I am taking a trip and they actually "cared" to make sure everything looked good for my drive. JIffy DHS will be my go to for oil changes!

Great experience, mechanics were totally ready to service my car, very organized, very quick. This time ANDREW was the one handling my car, he was great. Efficient, knowledgeable, timely, and great customer service skills. I've been going there for close to 4 years and I always get great service. It's my place for a lube job, 😂🤣😂. They were great 👍
