From my experience, this place sucks. I had a starter issue with my 04 honda accord to which I brought to their attention. Jeff got back to me and assured me they ran several tests on my starter and that it was fine. Instead, he recommended that I replace my engine and transmission mounts which he charged me over 1,000 dollars for. Naively I agreed to this. Not only was this the wrong diagnosis for my initial problem, but this dude held my car for 2 weeks, and dont expect anyone to answer the phone during business hours. Finally after I picked up my car from city automotive a life time later, a few days later my starter started to give out even worse to a point of complete failure. I ended up buying a new starter from oreillys for 200 bucks and signhs automotive installed it for an additional 200 bucks the same day I dropped it off. Long story short, singhs>city automotive all day. Don't bother with these clowns

I’ve been looking for a trustworthy shop to care for my aging vehicle with relatively low mileage. I had a breakdown this week and decided it was time to try City Auto. They were able to get me in the next day and diagnosed and repaired my issues, as well as inspected the vehicle. The price seemed very reasonable, too. I’m extremely grateful to Jeff and his staff. I’ll be using them for all my future vehicle repair needs.

City auto is a great place to take your car. It is conveniently located. The shop is nice and cool. Cold drinks are available and a very clean seating area. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The service is quick depending on your service needs. Jeff is a great family kinda guy.

Wow! Came in with a computer code and they told me upfront what it was, what part to buy and how much it would cost to get it replaced. I did go to get the part and they replaced it in less than an hour. Jeff introduced himself and gave me a very prompt and honest service with a very good price. Will definitely come back any time I need car repairs.

"I’ve visited this shop a few times over the years, but my recent experience has left me very disappointed. On April 14, I spoke with the owner about my vehicle's AC, specifically mentioning that it just needed AC fuel. He told me to bring it in a couple of days later, so I dropped it off on April 16 at 9 AM, expecting it to be ready in a few hours. However, I didn’t hear from him until 3 PM. When I tried calling, no one answered, and when I arrived, the owner was absent. His workers informed me that the total charge was $180, claiming they had to run a diagnostic machine. Despite clearly stating my needs, they performed unrelated work and didn’t fix my AC. The next morning, I returned to speak with the owner, who made up a story about needing to buy an AC kit. I didn’t believe him, so I took my car to another mechanic who quickly added the AC fuel without any issues. To make matters worse, I was not given a receipt for my payment, and they only accept cash, which is quite strange. I strongly advise anyone, especially women, to not go to this place alone. It's important to have someone knowledgeable with you, as these kinds of businesses can take advantage of clients and avoid accountability for their actions."
