AutoZone Auto Parts

On November the 18th I went to AutoZone in East Cleveland to get a light bulb for my van and to get it installed by an employee proceeded to give me the light bulb and he didn't even offer or ask me if I needed help putting the light bulb in which I did. then he acted like he couldn't put the light bulb in my car .I've always gotten light bulbs installed at AutoZone I was very disappointed at the fact that this employee didn't really want to help me at all and I will not be returning to this AutoZone .Right after this happened I went to another AutoZone and instantly the employees were amazing and they helped me

It was so cold and the auto zone tech named John was so kind. He did a thorough check of my vehicle I needed a battery not a alternator he sold me a reasonable price battery he went through pricings with me inexpensive to expensive and let me make my choice. This is only auto zone that i have been to with good service and mannerism ..ASK FOR JOHN. His service is excellent 👌

Dominic the store manager is undoubtedly the most friendly, parts smart, helpful "with a smile", person I know!!! He'll offer to come out and help assist you with your vehicle before you even ask. The store is very clean, and it's no people outside standing around offering to help. Makes people feel safe in East Cleveland. I'd definitely come back!!! So I did, and Jeff Is always courteous and knows his parts as well. This man always smiles, and is very chipper with the customers as I stood inline and watched. Thanks AutoZone for great customer service!!!!

Mr. P (assistant manager at the time) was the best person I could have met when my battery died. He whipped out the tools necessary without hesitation and helped me install it, and even after it took 3 tries finding the right wrench for the weird screw he was charismatic and abundantly kind. I live on the west side but will be driving back here whenever my car needs anything, if not just to be greeted with that genuine smile and hello from Mr. P.

Great servers once you finally get out of the line I wish that they would be a little more patient with women and older people who have questions or don't know about vehicles sometimes we come in there and we're going up with our mechanic tells us so I do appreciate when someone helps and gives us the right option the best option not the highest price glad to see more women working I also do not like if I have a coupon or a discount that comes to my email once I entered the store and give my phone number it doesn't and come up
