Brooks is simply the best! He's honest with professional opinion of what's going on with your vehicle. I appreciate that he'll put on your purchased part and charge a reasonable labor rate. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Hidden treasure, great experience. I've taken my putt-putt hoopty and my newer cars to Brooks for different and difficult fixes for close to 3 years. Always very satisfied with their work and price. Definitely recommend!

I was able to call and get on the schedule to have my truck repaired. My brakes had been squeaking intermittently for weeks. The team at Brook’s got me in, found the issues, and repaired the issues. They also helped us make a decision on replacing the water pump on my son’s car. Nothing like an honest trustworthy mechanic. I highly recommend them!!!

Every time I call In to make an appointment there’s always a opening and once I get there I explained to him what’s going on he listen very carefully. The owner take the car out for a test ride. Then the Owner let me know when he did the diagnostic test what’s going on with my vehicle.Then He tell me that estimate price. His staff is very polite his staff is very professional. (He also visually check your belts.) He have been doing work on all my vehicles and family and friends for over 15 years or more and if you have any problem after the work is done you can take it back and he’ll see what’s going on with no hesitation. I had a problem with one of my vehicle and he said that’s covered by the dealer. I was so glad to know that so I taking right back to the dealer. He has great customer service communication.
