I have been using this shop for at least 10 years now with various different cars and various different services. I have had speakers and amps installed along with custom work on others. They always did the work correctly and took the time to answer any questions I had. Great Shop! Alpine reseller and very happy with recommendations. Matt was very helpful and supported several emails of back and forth to get the right system selected. Team was very knowledgeable and committed to finishing the install on time. In the end very happy with the very clean installation and first rate customer service. Worth driving from the west side of Cleveland to get the job done correctly the first time. Installed Alpine iLX-507 headunit, S2-S69 & S2-S40C speakers, rear view camera, microphone, and GPS antenna in 1993 C4 Corvette. Update: a few weeks later one of the settings got reset on the head unit, they walked me through the settings and got it corrected in five minutes. Really glad I went with this team.

I was thoroughly impressed with Auto Sound. I had two separate problems with my car and they fixed them to perfection. My radio is now working and the cause of my parasitic drain was identied and repaired. The pricing was fair and the customer service was excellent.

I'm very happy with the work that they did. Whoever had my car last installed an aftermarket sub which would cause my audio to cut out, and eventually the sub completely died. I had them take that out and put an OEM one in, and also had a GROM unit installed for Bluetooth audio functionality. The sub was quiet but I have since upped the sub channel volume and now it sounds great. Thank you.
