BJ's Tire Center

I scheduled an appointment for 11:30 today at the Willoughby BJ Tire shop last week. The representative was very nice. He took my name, tire size, quoted the price for 2 tires and provided a print out from his computer. I received a call 1/2 hour before my appointment from a rude unprofessional tire representative to say he didn't have my tires and he was ill. He wanted to retrace the conversation I had with the previous rep after he already quoted me the price and tires I was to receive. I advised that this was poor customer service and wanted to know how I'd be compensated. Because I need the tires ASAP. I got more back and forth from him. If there were a negative rating I'd give it. I'm not sure if he was trying to pass the buck to the representative who previously scheduled my appointment because he wanted to go home or what the case may be. I would not recommend this tire shop to anyone

Just installed a set of Bridgestone Blizzak WS90 on my Honda Civic. Great price and fast service. Purchased from BJ's website and had them shipped to the store. They don't sell wheels so either you bring your own wheels or use your stock ones. Will use the service again and I am very happy with free services that come with the tire purchase at BJ's. It only took them about 40 minutes to put 4 tires on my new wheels that I brought.

Really nice staff and made getting new tires really easy and affordable both times I’ve gotten them. They also helped me load in my old tires that I didn’t get rid of (you can get a refund of the tire disposal fee at the membership center) into a truck and got this huge bug off my car that I’ve been scared of for like a week 🙏🏾 Thank you so much guys!

Great prices & close to home installation. Expect packed installation schedule & service appointment delays. Note the white residue left on tires & rims comes off with soapy water. However, I expected to receive my car back with clean rims & tires. Within a week I had to take my car back in for a rebalancing. Customer service was originally poor over the phone but they corrected their mistakes. Most Google reviews are older & do not represent the current service. I will not return to Willoughby BJ tire in the future.

I needed tires for my Honda Accord, Jayson was very helpful and knowledgeable. He installed my tires while I shopped! It was a pleasant experience, thank you so much Jayson! Give this young man a raise!!!!
