I was not thrilled about having to replace my transmission, to say the least. Going in, I knew it was going to be expensive. But, my interactions ( which were many ) with the staff eased my concerns and I can honestly say that it was money well spent! I only wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars. Very professional and excellent customer relationship mgmt!!

Everything was smooth and easy! They were not the cheapest option for my transmission replacement but I'm a believer that you get what you pay for. They were highly recommended to me also. The work was very quick and painless. Only down vote is due to them not telling me that the transmission originally ordered for my truck came in damaged so they ordered another. Grateful for that, but they didn't tell me that until I called a week later and my truck still wasn't done. Overall, they had my truck 9 days, but 3 of them (not including weekend) was waiting on that second transmission to arrive. Very good and friendly service. Id definitely go to them again

Michelle(?) whom I spoke to over the phone making my appointment and upon picking my car up after getting work done was extremely pleasant. I was impressed with the courtesy check they do and they even provide pictures of what they find. They sent me a text asking to approve/disapprove of which services I wanted which was new and refreshing to me. I had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation which was a very reasonable price. I had some other work I inquired about and the estimate came back higher than I expected so I did take my vehicle elsewhere for the specific work. Overall, very professional and polite with reasonable services. Would recommend for some but maybe not all work. Just depends on your situation.

What a great experience. All went well super well. Needed standard oil change and check engine light lit. Andy and the folks gave me up to date information and completed my oil change with a fair price and reset the code. Glad they are my go to shop.

Brought my 2019 Tacoma In for front brakes (they were running a Black Friday special). Customer service was excellent and no surprises as far as any hidden fees or mysterious findings from the mechanics who performed the work. Would certainly recommend this place for both its location and integrity. Had to bring vehicle back 2/25/25 for follow up brake inspection as I was experiencing noise from front rotors when in reverse - (squealing) Andrew and his team (Michele - customer service and Logan (mechanic) provided excellent follow up service and showed me the issue - although I had to wait 90 minutes for diagnosis and part to arrive, there was no charge for the correction that needed to be performed- try getting this kind of service at a dealership! Well done! New Falken AT/W Tires on my 2019 Tacoma - once again - excellent service to the team ! Mr Murphy - be proud of what you’ve accomplished there!

Excellent service,very friendly staff,took me out to look under my car when it was up on the lift and explained to me what it needed and what it didn’t need, very honest and trustworthy! I would recommend them to my friends and family! Exceeded my expectations!

My wife and I had oil changes done on the same day What a great experience, met with a really super friendly service person, Michelle, Took great care of us. Also got to spend some time with the owner Murphy very honest /forthright. I highly recommend that you have your vehicle taken here and be serviced by Murphy and his team, they don’t mess around.
