I cannot recommend this business enough! After a tree fell onto my car and shattered the windshield, I was very eager to get it fixed and get back on the road. Every other business I called couldn’t come out for WEEKS and wanted $500+. Auto Glass Fitters was able to come out two business days later for $375. The tech was incredibly nice, fast, explained the whole process thoroughly, and expertly replaced the windshield. Hopefully nothing like this happens again soon, but Auto Glass Fitters forever has my business.

In order to remove the old windshield, the tech used a reciprocating saw to bust it out. In the process, shards of glass landed all over the front driver side of the car. The tech did not clean up the glass. I didn't realize this till I sat in the car with shorts on and got stuck by a piece of glass. When I called the local shop, the person on the phone merely, "I'll pass that along". Based on her lack of concern, I asked for an email where I could send pics. The email address did not work. I finally got in touch with what I believe to be someone on the nationwide answering service, and again, same response. Basically, "okay, I'll pass that along". Aside from that things went pretty well. The tech was courteous, personable, and timely. The new windshield looks just like the old one.

They broke windshield when repairing a spider crack less than 1.5” in diameter. The crack was caused by the technician over tightening the tool, which immediately busted the spider crack into a lateral crack right in my line of sight almost 2 feet long! Not only did the technician deny responsibility, but I called the main office who said they’d return my call and never did. Now I’m stuck with the $360 bill to replace the windshield. I don’t know if I’ve ever left a negative review before, but I had to as this was such a terrible experience. I’m very confident that this would have been an easy repair for any skilled technician. Choose another glass shop! Lots of good options out there.

My sister had recommended Auto Glass now because they did a great job on the back window of her truck where she was throwing firewood in the back and accidentally hit the glass. I was trying to haul 4x4s in a hatchback with the back seat down and busted my windshield from the inside. Auto Glass came to my work and had it done in less than 35-40 minutes. The price was great and the technician was very friendly and efficient. I am totally satisfied it matches the one I had perfectly!

I had the best experience with Auto Glass Now in Asheville. Their technician, Eric, came the day after I called for an appointment & he stayed in touch with me throughout the day so I wasn’t waiting around for his arrival. Eric showed up exactly when he said he would & was very conscientious of my time. The best part is he fixed a very challenging repair on a very old car. Eric came through with flying colors! I will use Auto Glass Now for any future glass work I may need with my old car and my new one as well. Thank you for your great service!

Technicians Keith and Eric were able to meet me at an alternate location due to some work that popped up for me and were very understanding of that. They gave me a heads up right before they arrived and I was able to meet them in the parking lot and very quickly get the windshield in my Jeep replaced. They had the job completed in approximately 20 minutes and gave concise instructions to allow the seal to set on the windshield. They were informative, professional and did a very good job. I would recommend Auto Glass Now is you need a windshield replaced or repaired and would also recommend that you request Keith and Eric be sent to do the work. Lyndon Cook

I was on a roadtrip vacation out of state when my windshield got cracked from an incoming rock. We were soon connected with Eric from Auto Glass Now in Arden, NC. Eric was super communicative, happily answering my questions over the phone and and trying to help us work around our tight schedule. He called me to let me know he could come a day earlier to do the replacement as our glass was ready and even drove 30 minutes out of his way to meet us where we were. He did our glass in no time and it looked great, even putting my transponder back on as if it never was taken off. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience dealing with this, thank you so much Eric we appreictae you and all you do!

This was my first experience with replacing a windshield on a vehicle and Auto Glass Now did not make it easy. I am providing this rating only due to the commitment and understanding of the crew doing the actual installation. When it comes to scheduling and customer communication, the company needs some improvement. I scheduled my work responsibilities around an installation that was pending authorization. It was received, as I was copied, but never entered. That required changing work schedules and another 5 days.
