Great place to get tires. Very knowledgeable and fast service. I have been bringing all my vehicles here for about 10 years and have never had a problem. I highly recommend.

Update: I received a call from Dan, the store manager. He apologized, said that he talked with his team about this - - they were surprised it happened. (I guess they didn’t look at the wheels while reinstalling them?) He asked me to let him know if this happens again so he can have the wheels cleaned. He indicated that Americas Tire (corporate) monitors online feedback and asked me to update my review. Review: Very pleased with the pricing and purchase process. Profoundly DISAPPOINTED with the sloppy installation. The quick release hub used to mount my wheels to the Tire Balancing machine left heavy grease marks all over my clean wheels. They were so greasy that my wheel brush wouldn’t remove the stains. Literally had to scrub the center spokes of all 4 wheels by hand with orange cleaner. This gave me 30 minutes to further contemplate my utter dissatisfaction. And if that wasn’t enough, the tires weren’t even inflated to the proper psi. Door placard says 36 in the front; my tires were inflated to 38 and 39. Door placard says 39 in the rear; my tires were inflated to 42 and 43 psi. (I checked after driving only one block.) Come on, guys, this is just plain sloppy work. No Quality Control whatsoever. Purchase Process is 5-Star. Installation is 1-Star.

They were so sweet. I came to get air bc one tire was low and I had a dreaded screw in one of the tires that couldn't be repaired. They took me in right away. I came in at 133p and by 245p, I was omw for school pickup. 10/10 def recommend.

Shey gave exemplary service to us! We brought in our Toyota tundra and our RV and he checked every single tire. He was professional, friendly and even helped us get turned back around. We hope someone upper management reads this. His hospitality deserves a wage increase for sure.!

I had a friendly consult over the phone first to pick out the tire. They had to order it. It only took a day til they had it in. At my appointment, I was in and out in about 35 minutes. Great service and staff. They changed my wiper blades as well for a very reasonable cost.

Love the crew here, always so friendly and helpful! Mercedes originally quoted my full set for $1747 so I popped over to America’s Tire (where my warranty for the previous set was still active) and Hayden worked up a quote which after my mileage discount applied, was only $610. New tires were installed in less than an hour. Great service!!
