The owner of this business is the definition of a class act. I only needed to get towed less than 1.8 miles, but he still has a minimum which I respect. He then gave me a name of closer towing company who might do it for cheaper. Turns out his price was actually cheaper so I called him back. They guy that worked for him that came out in the pouring rain was also really nice. Review: A+++

My dad’s Honda Pilot got stuck in the dirt leaving our airbnb today since it was freezing and raining so hard. Called two other companies at first - both no luck since it’s raining they were afraid their tow trucks would also get stuck. Third time’s the charm - Sam was so friendly and was even more concerned about my dad just going back in the house so he doesn’t get sick. He was able to come within the time frame he told us and was even nice enough to help fix the soil we ruined. We had been feeling frustrated and overwhelmed and he ended with saying “don’t let this ruin your day” with a friendly smile and I nearly wanted to cry. Talk about all around customer service. Thank you for what you did for us today Sam. We will never forget it.

These guys are my heroes for today!! I had just picked up a horse I bought in Wildomar, and when I got to Lake Elsinore, my truck stopped running. Thankfully, I was able to coast onto the off ramp and pull into a nice turnout. These guys came to my rescue and we got my horse and trailer home to the barn and my truck to my house!! I'm so happy and relieved! Thank you Diamond Valley Towing!!!

After a long day at work, my wife and I came home to some idiot parked in our paid spot. Vinnie, the driver, caught them as they got into their car. They tried leaving before he could catch them. He didn’t tow them but knowing that he gave them a stern lecture really showed us that he cared. He really went above and beyond for us!
