Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I drive an hour out of my way to visit this place. They always do a fantastic job on my 2023 Challenger Scat Pack. Yes you will wait a bit to get serviced because so many people visit this location. Do not ding them for that! That’s because many feel the way I do about the great work they do here! It is worth the wait! The Manager runs a tight ship and works hard to insure great service!

Great staff and service all around!! Crew has amazing chemistry and communication and all helping each other out, true TEAMwork here folks!! I was out right at 15 minutes and Luis, Mateo and Julia hooked me up!!

Clinton and the rest of the technicians gave us an awesome service on our 4runner. The website also offers a $15 coupon. Best part is mo appointment needed and you just sit inside your car.Will definitely recommend this place.

Popped in here on a Sunday to knock out an oil and filter change. I always hate getting it done because its usually inconvenient and long wait times. This was not the case at Valvoline. Drove straight in and wow'ed at the rapid and pleasant experience. Didn't have to get out of car, no hard sales tactics (they did offer multiple), and pleasant service technicians. Was in and out in no time. Highly recommend.

CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT: Real easy to explain my review. The last manager literally “bullied“ me when I tried to use a 50% off coupon. He demanded to know where I got it and when I wouldn’t tell him, he stood at my window and continue to browbeat me about the fact that he was going to get fired. He said his whole team was going to get fired if I didn’t share the information. It was awful. I only came back this time to use the same 50% coupon (after all, I found them online. I wasn’t buying them on the dark web) and stand up to the bully that he was. Instead, I was able to talk about cruises with the manager on duty. She was absolutely delightful. So was the fellow changed my oil. He was so good, I gave him a $20 tip to make up for the savings beyond the regular 15% coupon that I would’ve used. I was treated like I was family. Much better experience.

Awesome place, great team, great service. Everyone worked well together like a well oiled machine. The staff were intelligent and personable. Very pleasant time. Andrew in particular was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.
