Had an emergency tire repair. Seth was very busy but took care of me and the tire repair right away. Really appreciate how he and crew responded. Second time with this company. This tire shop is excellent. I highly recommend them. They gave me an excellent deal on my tires, I dropped the car off They called me when it was ready for pick up. I highly recommend them. The staff is amazing JOHN it is amazing I believe he is the manager Excellent service!!!!!

Just did my oil change and tire rotation. Lou was the service advisor who was very courteous and efficient. I was very comfortable that they did proper service as they advised me what kind of synthetic blend oil my car needs. They also did a free multi point inspection that showed the remaining brake pad life. I was in and out in about 1 hour. Great service, will come again.

My first time here, and I'll go back when needs arise. The reason: Value. New tires include thorough car inspection (e.g. measuring rotor thickness, warped tires / rims, alignment). An original tire on my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe experienced a ply separation (manufacturer's defect that Kumho would not stand behind). John (manager) too time to help me decide on the best replacement tire. He assigned me to his mechanic, Dee. Dee meticulously inspected my car. He answered all of my questions articulately and in a friendly manner. I was impressed by his knowledge and attention to detail. Thank you, John and Dee.

When Allen Tires - Yorba Linda brought John aboard 4 years ago or so service and quality was challenged. I insisted on speaking with ONLY Jose as he has been phenomenal for MANY years. I never went anywhere else with my 8 vehicles. Then Jose left and quality and service tanked under John’s leadership. ALLEN TIRE EXECS; who is John and why did you force Jose to babysit him? Is he a nephew or ??? He is incompetent, rude, and all around awkward. If he is family just give him a a trust fund and have him stay home. He has ruined the store I LOVED. Then, do WHATEVER it takes to get Jose back! You will see customers flock back to your store.
