Firestone Complete Auto Care

Imelda Nava was so extremely helpful when I was there on Saturday, January 18!! I managed to finally get in for an oil change and the whole team was SO fast despite how busy they were. Everyone was pleasant and they tried to push some extra services on me, but they listened to me when I said I'd get it done later. Imelda was kind and friendly and helpful. This was the fastest oil change ever! I've been coming here instead of Allen Tire and it has been a great decision.

My daughter recommended this site over the one in YL. I booked an appointment online and came in the next day both Robin and Leo helped me out. Both are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I saw some low reviews and was a bit worried but am so glad to have tried it out myself. I trust their site and the employees. Thanks.

I had a flat tire and took my car to Firestone just before closing time. Imelda was kind enough to assist me and managed to complete the repair within 30 minutes, despite it being a busy Saturday evening. I deeply appreciate both Imelda and the experienced technician, Mike, for their help in servicing my car during such a hectic time. Thank you again!

I’ve been coming to this Firestone for a few years now and they always provide excellent service. I appreciate that they are very open with communication and keep me updated on anything happening with my car. They do good work and I know my car in good hands whenever I have a problem. Imelda, Robin and Leo are the MVPs.
