Tokyo Automotive Repair - Auto Repair Service for Acura, Nissan,Toyota, Honda, Lexus and Subaru Vehicles in Placentia CA

I brought in my Nissan Rouge last week to address an issue with the breaks and had an excellent experience. Kevin, the service manager, was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. He broke down the necessary repairs in a way that was easy to understand and kept me up to date on all the steps of the process. He worked with my warranty company to get the job covered. The rest of the staff I encountered were equally helpful and did a great job remedying the issue. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Tokyo Automotive Repair.

I owned my own auto repair shop for 30 years. I heard of their solid reputation at Tokyo Automotive. So when I retired, it was great that they were nearby. The team was very friendly and gave me a complete estimate before I left the car with them. They called for my approval on needed extra work. The car runs great! I am very impressed! Plus ... no hand prints on the engine! Nice!

Your truly get what you pay for at Tokyo Automotive! Not the cheapest but definitely the best! From the incredible customer service from Kevin and the mechanics to the transparent and honest diagnostic, Tokyo Automotive makes it easy to keep your car on the road. I have not had a car payment for many years and will continue to not have one. Using Tokyo Automotive is a sound investment!!!

Had to get my brakes replaced and coming here was a really good decision. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and kind, and communication was very clear with pictures to back everything up that needed to be done. And Kevin up front did a great job explaining all of the billing stuff when it came time for it. I think I found my go to spot for any future work
