Firestone Complete Auto Care

Called to set up an appointment to patch a flat tire. Matthew said I could drop it off that morning and pick it up anytime during business hours. This made it very convenient for me since I had work. I was able to arrive a half an hour before closing and the evening associates were super helpful and fast at putting the tire back on. Saved me a lot of time. What I thought would be a stressful experience turned out pretty stress free. Thank you all for your great customer service.

We were on our way to Arizona from LA California when my car’s engine light turned on (due to burnt spark plug, etc). It was Sunday so the only open auto repair shop I found nearby was this Firestone shop. I really appreciate them that they were able to accommodate my car and fix it before they closed. I am thankful that my family did not get stranded too long and we arrived safely in Arizona. Thank you Firestone Yorba Linda!

James was wonderful, as always. Took good care of me and the care and got me out of the shop at the time agreed upon. The staff is friendly, but James is the best. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Our whole family has been bringing our vehicles here for many years. It is always outstanding service, complete AUTO care, the staff is absolutely amazing as well as the manager. I highly recommend this location.

I went in to get my cabin air filter replaced and realized on my morning commute that they replaced my engine air filter instead. I would say honest mistake but that had just been replaced a month prior. I called to get it fixed and was assured it would be taken care of, only to be told by James the manager that the best he could do was charge me for the service. Very frustrating because I had called to get a quote before choosing to go with Firestone and ended up having to pay more for them to rectify the error.
