Always friendly service. Saved me from doing unnecessary work that my usual mechanic said I needed. Will be returning here for all my work going fwd.

Adventure Subaru owes me $79.95 plus tax for my time. I called to schedule my vehicle to be looked at for a noise. The person helping me set up a loaner vehicle which I have done before. Something told me to call back and ask a few more questions so I did. I asked what happens if the quote is too high and I decide not to do the work, do I owe anything? She said nope just bring the loaner back with the same amount of fuel you picked it up at and don't trash it or leave the state. Today when dropping it off I was asked to sign a paper with a $79.95 diagnostic fee. When I asked what that was he said to recoup some of our losses with the technicians time and the loaner we are giving you. Our techs get paid per vehicle and buy their own tools. I was told I'm not sure our techs have worked on this type of vehicle before. So not only do you Rush the technician to finish a vehicle which is never a good combination especially when safety is involved but you let them work on unfamiliar mechanics which is also a safety concern. Would you let the medical assistant operate on you and trust nothing will go wrong. I scheduled an appointment and I took time out of my day and put miles on my vehicle and used valuable fuel. Is this something that happens to be frequently at this location or was just lucky enough to have screw me written on my forehead.

Always receive great service knowing any problems will be addressed and properly taken care of. Have been informed of any existing issues or possible future ones. All service department staff are very friendly.

These folks are awesome! I've had a couple tricky issues with my 2020 Outback and each time they nailed it right and fixed them. The staff are all friendly and accomodating. They speak English. Not jargon even though I spent 28 years in the auto industry. Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Shea and she was wonderful! Provided a thorough explanation of covered items as well as out of pocket costs. Added nice personal touch by coming around the counter to talk to me and not across it. I also had a thorough conversation with the technician that was working on my car so we could talk about the issues in depth to arrive at the right diagnosis and repair. A tip of my cap to you folks and keep up with the 5+ star service.

These people are fantastic! We needed to get our vehicle in fast and they were able to accommodate us immediately. They are knowledge is great but their customer service is top notch as well! We definitely recommend Adventure Subaru Service Dept. They are awesome and truly care and want to help.
