We picked up a nail in our tire, and took it to Tire Choice. They got us in super quickly, and it was super affordable! They took great care of us and were super friendly. New customer for life!

I recently had a tire repair done by Matt the store manager. When I called to inquire about when I could bring in my vehicle his response was “When can you get here?”. It actually was repaired in less time than it took me to arrive at his shop. Matt was very courteous and extremely adept at multitasking. He managed two other customers while servicing my repair in a very short amount of time. That’s service that will make a repeat customer of me.

I just walked in for a price on a couple tires and an alignment. Alicia was more than helpful and very friendly. The first impression is EVERYTHING. I will be getting my tires and alignment tomorrow even if it is a couple more dollars than the competitor, which it wasn't. Thanks, Alicia.

Casey, Matthew, Alicia and all the rest of the folks at Tire Choice are awesome. Rather than take advantage of my situation—they went out of their way to explain to me what my options were and found a great solution that ended up saving me thousands. All the other shops I went to wanted to charge me just to take a look. Please visit this business and support the team. They really are incredible and ethical people above all.

I realized that my rear passenger side tire was not holding air. I called Tire Choice because I had seen their store while driving on Mentor Avenue and saw that they had positive reviews. So, I called and spoke with the young lady at the front desk. She said that she could get me in the same day. So three hours later, I pumped up my tire by hand to 20 lbs and drove over there. The weather turned nasty with blowing, cold, rain. But true to her word, she got my car in the same day. The mechanic pulled a long screw out of my tire and patched it. It works great. I even met the manager! I strongly recommended Tire Choice on Mentor Avenue.
