Take 5 Oil Change

The two men that serviced my vehicle were terrific! They both had terrific customer service skills and knowledgeable in servicing my vehicle. They were friendly and courteous as well. I had a Synthetic oil change, new winter blades put on and two new air filters put in. Also had my tires checked for air pressure. My service was done in a quick timely manner. I will be back again!

I've had some rough times at an instant oil change place , I won't name . One example is all my cars oil leaked out , with a faulty oil sensor. This happened twice .... I thought the first time was a mistake.. Cost me close to 800 bucks. I tried to make a claim and got nowhere ... To be leery of getting an oil change is an understatement for me ... But Dominic at take5 has changed my thoughts , he is honest and respectful, always offering new water 💧 He even looked at my leaking oil pan, which I was told needed to be replaced to the tune of 1000 dollars . Dominc said that it looked like a faulty plug ... I highly recommend bringing your car to take 5 for HONEST service Thank you ,

For $162.98 for a 12 minute oil change (that’s lawyer type money, lol) I expected all advertised services to be preformed. They did not reset my oil change light, they did not check my tire pressure, they did not check my fluid levels. My sister took my car in for the oil changed for me and my car was returned to me with not one, but THREE check engine lights on. One for the oil, one for low tire pressure, and one for low (actually no) washer fluid. I’m going on a trip next week and really needed my car to be serviced to make sure it’s in good working condition since my car is older and I don’t drive it very much. I have disabling arthritis and cannot easily put air in my tires. I have no idea how to reset the oil light on my dashboard. And it’s also hard for me to get my hood open to add fluids because of my arthritis. I don’t have time to go back to the shop to have this fixed before my trip. I’m so sick of paying a premium price for a half ass job. I do not recommend, especially for the price. It would’ve been cheaper to take it to the dealership!!!!! How sad is that???

The technician that took care of my car was high on something. He kept smoking his vape pen during the whole procedure and did not stop. He obviously looked very high. He spilled oil all over my engine, and I was so concerned about his inability to do a good job that I took my car to a mechanic right after there to make sure he didn’t screw it up. He made a mess out of my car. He had dirty fingerprints all over my hood and fenders, and when he was finished, I told him exactly how I felt. I’m very disappointed in the service I received. I’m usually satisfied there, but I will never come back again.

Very nice, professional. The people working there actully cared about doing their job! They washed the windows.. They checked the sir in the tires-i know the last few places ive been to did not do the things that they are supposed to do.. Too bad i live an hour away from this location!

was immediately greeted and given water bottles for me and my sister in my car. the lady running it was super sweet and kind. mind you, this was my first oil change on my car. it was refreshing seeing a lady lead in there. was in and out within under 45 minutes. very quick and amazing job, they cleaned my nasty filters too haha. everyone there was super kind and attentive. she also explained my options very well! i think having a lady there makes it less stressful. will be back!

Chelsea and Richard were incredible, weren’t trying to oversell me. (High marks for that) Totally professional, I recommend this place to everyone. In and out quickly, painless. That’s what you want when getting an oil change

I waited 17 minutes for the car in the bay to get it's oil changed. Perhaps they should change their name to TAKE 17. They tried to charge me $5 for what they said was "SHOP FEES." That was not shown or talked about in the price of an oil change. I refused to pay it.

After waiting for close to 45 min I don’t feel like I got the usual multipoint inspection. Doors weren’t sprayed/lubricated, had to ask for my tires, never checked or showed me my filters. Washed the sides of my windshield and not the middle along with a horrible job of doing that. I’ve been going here for years and think that was my last time. The staff seemed over worked as cars piled up behind me while I was getting the ahotty service.
