Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Been bringing our cars here for years and never had a complaint. The workers are always nice and make us feel comfortable letting them work on our vehicles. Thank you!

Great service! They even checked my lights on my car! I've never had any other oil change company go that extra mile! Valvoline is my new favorite place! Try them, you will not be disappointed!

I have been going to Valvoline for most of my vehicles oil change,wipers, air, ect. And usually build a good relationship with the team who works there. I have lived in Mentor for almost 4 years in March and have since been going to Valvoline in Mentor . For major things I take my car to Hyundai. I have not even complained when different things occured such as my cap was placed on wrong causing a slight leak, or not correctly placed more than once. I experienced an oil leak had my gasket replaced, the rubber valve replaced and it was cleaned out and when it was checked I was informed it was because the cap was on wrong right after I had recently been to Valvoline. I try to give people a benefit of a doubt , however,my daughter and I went on October 27, to get an oil change, every one still nice as ever. They said there was no sign of leaks and all clear and the air filter was fine . I left , got my car washed, got us dinner and went home. I work from home and did not need to leave until my Autistic daughter therapy that night. I turned the car on and it was rumbling. I put it in reverse the car rocked I put it in drive it rocked worse. I thought maybe it was in my head. My husband came out selat int the car and we knew something was off. He said something always off after you leave Valvoline. My daughter was upset we were going to be late so I tried driving. The more pushed the gas the worse it became. I only drove one block but I was scared to drive further or the car would blow up on me and my daughter so I drove back home. I called Valvoline and Jack the manager or John offers to come to my house to check out. He also confirmed he saw no issues on the phone. He arrived used a machine and it said the 4 cylinder misfire. One spark plug... I get my car towed to be checked. The guys brought my spark plugs to me and said it was oil all over them and inside it cost me $196.00. I called and put it a claim at Valvoline on 10/29 I believe. I called back a few times to check on the status I was told they would expedite reimbursement. Another lady tried to give me. A year supply of free oil. And Jack calls me and tries to discredit what the place told me says he called them and they told them it was build up. No district manager ever called or anything. I will never go back to them again and I suggest no one else does. You can't even take responsibility for when you mess up someone car. My car was doing none of that when I brought it in and you poured oil on my spark plugs and tried to blame me. Well No Weapons Formed against me shall prosper. God Got me for sure. Merry Christmas 🙏

The team at this VIOC is simply the best. Always courteous and going the extra mile. From greeting to goodbye they remain professional and friendly! Couldn’t ask for more in this day of less connection between people. I connect with people here and it makes all the difference.

First time visit. Was not familiar with the process, but employees had great patience and guided me through. CSR Ronnie and Manager Marilyn at the 060047 location in Mentor, Ohio were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.

The staff at the Mentor location were extremely professional and went the extra mile when they located a loose metal flange on my exhaust that was causing me noise when I drive down the street. This is the reason I have other people change my oil instead of doing it myself. I highly recommend this Valvoline.

The manager, Marilyn, was super nice. Marilyn, Derek, and Jeremy worked on my car. They were very efficient and did a great job. Highly recommend.
