My wife and I had been researching Brinkley 5th wheels for almost a year when we found ourselves at Adventure Camper Sales. We worked with Brian and can’t say enough positive things about him, the team, and our experience. Everyone was friendly, happy to answer questions, and assisted us in any way possible. Every step of the way we were met with professionalism, respect and courtesy. Every aspect of our process was pleasantly informative, and we felt like every detail was presented in a very transparent way. On two previous occasions at other dealers we felt like every sales trick in the book was used to try and get us a “deal” that was good for the seller. We live about 2 hours from their Almo location and couldn’t visit them right away. As with any large purchase we had questions that we needed to have answered. Brian was very good and responded to our emails promptly and either had the information immediately or let us know when he was expecting an answer either from vendors or other Adventure team members. They were also super accommodating to my business travel schedule as well as our inspector. The day we picked up our coach it was apparent to me that Adventure Camper sales has thought about their “pick up day” process. The walk through with Grant was very good. He was able to run through all the functionality of our new trailer and was sure to ask if there were any specific things that we wanted specific attention to. I’ve seen reviews stating that others drove 1000 miles to do business with Adventure and quite frankly I’m not surprised. We can’t recommend Adventure highly enough.

Please excuse my prior photos. My phone photo app glitched and I was unaware I had inadvertently added other photos not related to this review. I promise you that if you have a choice, this is the team you want working for you So where do I start? I bought a used fifth wheel camper from Justin in Oak Grove and I have to tell you that this was one of the best experiences of purchasing anything I’ve ever had in my life. Not only was he professional that he was genuinely concerned and very helpful all throughout this process. Everybody on the staff was incredibly helpful and kind to me and made this a very painless experience and very enjoyable I was always able to find somebody to talk to. I was always able to get my questions answered, and this is what customer service is supposed to be about. If I ever get in the market to either trade, the one that I’m in now or buy something new, I can assure you I will come back to Justin and his team and again try to make a purchase through them because I don’t think anybody could ever do anything any better than they do. This was a fantastic buying experience from this organization for our first camper purchase. The staff was super honest and seemed more concerned about giving me information to make an educated decision on which camper to purchase than to try and push a sale - which was very refreshing. If you’re in the market for a camper or accessories there is not a better place to go than here!

Oh my God...I love everything about this company. They are super awesome. Our representative name was Trevor. When I say outstanding customer service, he deserves a 10 star...5 is not good enough. Curteous, friendly, knowledgeable about the RVs, passionate, patience...I can go on and on. My husband and I were 1st time buyers but they ensured we knew everything inside and out/top to bottom about it. This company has the most friendly environment. What I love the most about this team or shall I say family is they are not like all these other RV companies who try to rip you off. They are super fair in their prices. Please stop in and see them before you buy anywhere else.
