I called Mitchell’s towing to haul my truck 2 counties over, they arrived on time, with a nice truck, I felt confident that they had the right equipment and experience to safely tow my truck, and they did! I was so impressed with their professionalism that I made sure to save their number in my phone, just in case I needed their services again... Today was that day... I got a 40,000+ pound concrete mixer truck stuck in 2’ deep ruts less than 5’ away from the house! The truck was leaning toward the house and sunk completely to the frame! I immediately dialed Mitchell’s towing! They came out promptly, with the tools for the job, chains, winches, and a great attitude. A little strategic planning, and a thorough examination of the situation, and Mike spring into action! He safely winched out the concrete truck and got him back on the road. He was patient, friendly, and professional from start to finish. Although I was totally at the mercy of his discretion, I must say that the ‘bill’ was surprisingly fair, especially for the quality of equipment, and the level of service, I was provided! Thanks Mitchell’s Towing!! For saving the day!! I’ll never deal with anyone else for my towing, wrecker, or recovery needs!!

Mike was absolutely wonderful. He was there in less than 10 minutes from when I called. He was professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable and explained to me in terms I could understand what was wrong and what needed to be done. He got me back on the road in no time at all and I couldn't have been happier with the assistance provided. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in Murray/Benton/Calvert and surrounding areas!! Have used Mitchell’s towing and roadside assistance on multiple occasions with each time being hassle free . Every employee I’ve encountered or had to deal with has handled each situation in a professional manner from the initial call to the person towing my vehicle, and made things very easy, even when the circumstances weren’t great. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a tow or any other roadside assistance needs.
