Yall did fantastic work patching my tire! The techs and the nice lady working tonight definitely deserve a raise. 10/10 would definitely come back if needed.

I arrived at 6 pm on 7-6-23. I stood there 15 minutes while the 3 employees completely ignored me standing at the check-in counter, while they moved at a snail's pace changing some tires. Finally a guy from inside asked if he could help me. I told him I just needed an oil change. He said they aren't taking anyone else because they were putting tires on a couple vehicles and closed at 7. All they had to do was put up a sign saying they weren't taking anyone else or come over and tell me. I am a very patient person, but that place is ridiculous. I would have a blind monkey with no thumbs rather than Walmart auto care. I'll do it myself or use a quality group like Grease Monkey. I was just trying to save some time. Lesson learned.

VERY rude man working. We parked in front of an open bay. He snapped at us to park & pay first. So we parked, walked back in to pay for oil change. He then proceeds to tell us it is at least a 2-3 hour wait. He was very grumpy and could have told us the wait time before he had us move car & walk back in.

Came in at like 5 minutes before they closed. I hated to do it, but I didn't have much of a choice. They were real pros, they were closing the gate when I pulled up and they reopened it right up and went to work. Really friendly. Not the responses that I have gotten from everywhere.

It's ridiculous that they put you on hold for over two damn hours and then when you decided just take initiative and go up there and just talk to them personally because you know they can't even talk to you on the phone they ignore you and then they want to say that there is almost a two hour wait but there's no vehicles. Literally lollygagging for the last hour.
