Everyone here is always nice and very helpful. I quit going to Advanced Auto parts because of the one in Goodlettsville Tennessee. People at that store were rude and not helpful, and I think hate their job.

Having a store that doesn’t keep posted hours makes it tough to depend on them when you need something. Drove down to drop off a package and arrived almost 20 minutes before their listed closing time to find the door locked and the lights turned off. Unfortunately, this is one of the only UPS drop off locations in town, so there aren’t many other choices.

This used to be my go-to parts store. But I almost despise stopping in there any more. The manager, that don't look like the manager, is never in uniform and always has dirty jeans and a cut off sleve t-shirt. Most of the employees park at the front door instead of further away to save the more convenient parking for customers. I just don't get the same feeling when I walk in since quite a few of the older folks left that had some knowledge. It used to be like walking into the Cheers bar everybody knew who I was now the just don't seem to care. On more than one occasion I have walked in the store looking for something and never see an employee for over 10 min and just walk out.
