L & P Body Shop Introduce

Situated at 98 N Vine St, Ashland City, TN 37015, USA, L & P Body Shop serves as a dedicated facility for automotive body repair and painting. This establishment falls under the category of an Auto Repair Station, specifically focusing on the aesthetic and structural restoration of vehicles after accidents, general wear and tear, or for cosmetic enhancements. For those in need of their services, L & P Body Shop can be reached by phone at (615) 792-7883 or via mobile at +1 615-792-7883.

The primary services offered by L & P Body Shop revolve around body work and painting. This typically includes a wide range of repair processes, from addressing minor dings and scratches to significant collision damage. Key services at a body shop like L & P would commonly encompass: dent removal, scratch repair, paint matching and application, bumper repair or replacement, fender repair, frame straightening, and general auto body restoration. Their expertise lies in meticulously restoring the exterior of a vehicle to its original, or even improved, condition. This involves not only fixing visible damage but also ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the vehicle are uncompromised. The goal is to make it look "like it never happened," as one customer eloquently put it, indicating a focus on seamless repairs.

While explicit details about the physical environment of L & P Body Shop are not provided, an auto body shop typically features a specialized workspace designed to accommodate various stages of vehicle repair. This includes designated areas for disassembly, bodywork, painting, and reassembly. Such facilities are usually equipped with advanced tools and machinery, such as frame straightening machines, paint booths, and specialized welding equipment, to perform precise and high-quality repairs. The environment is geared towards efficiency and precision, ensuring that vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. The professional setting of a body shop aims to inspire confidence in customers that their valuable assets are in capable hands.

A notable feature of L & P Body Shop, as highlighted by customer reviews, is their capability in handling complex body work and achieving excellent results. The specific mention of "Corey" suggests a key individual at the shop who is responsible for managing repairs and interacting with customers. One customer specifically praised Corey's work on their Tundra, stating it was done so well it was "Like it never happened." This indicates a high level of skill and attention to detail in their repair processes. Another significant feature is their ability to potentially save customers money on deductibles and to complete repairs within, or even ahead of, the initially promised timeframe. This commitment to efficiency and cost-effectiveness is a strong selling point in the competitive auto repair market.

Customer experiences with L & P Body Shop present a dichotomy. One customer's experience was overwhelmingly positive, leading to a strong recommendation. This individual lauded the quality of work on their Tundra, the timely completion (two days earlier than expected), and the financial savings on their deductible. The commendation of "Corey" for being "great to deal with" underscores the importance of positive customer service in addition to technical proficiency. This customer’s declaration of "Highly wreck-a-mended!!!" is a powerful endorsement, suggesting deep satisfaction with the overall service and results. The trust built through this experience indicates a strong likelihood of repeat business for any future body work needs.

Conversely, another customer reported a highly negative experience, specifically concerning a quote for painting and the interaction with Corey. This customer felt that the quoted price of $4,500.00 for painting a hood, front bumper, and fender was exorbitantly high, especially when compared to a subsequent quote of $1,197.00 from a different shop. Furthermore, this customer described the interaction with Corey as "very rude and disrespectful," leading to a strong statement of never returning and a feeling of being "rip people off." This feedback highlights the critical importance of transparent pricing and respectful customer communication in the auto repair industry. Discrepancies in quotes can significantly impact customer perception, and negative interpersonal interactions can severely damage a business's reputation, regardless of the quality of the work.

In terms of promotional information, L & P Body Shop's most effective promotion appears to stem from satisfied customers who have experienced excellent repair work and timely service. The positive review showcases their ability to deliver on promises, save customers money, and restore vehicles impeccably. For local users in Ashland City, the appeal would be a body shop capable of handling significant damage with a high degree of precision and efficiency. The potential for saving on deductibles and receiving quick turnaround times are attractive benefits that could draw in new customers. However, the presence of conflicting reviews, particularly regarding pricing and customer service demeanor, suggests that potential customers might be encouraged to obtain multiple quotes and carefully consider their interactions before committing to services. The word-of-mouth promotion from highly satisfied customers, such as the one who recommended them for body work on a Tundra, would be a key driver for business, alongside their established presence at a fixed physical location in Ashland City. The availability of phone and mobile contacts provides direct avenues for potential clients to inquire about services and obtain estimates.

If you need body work done on your vehicle, I highly recommend you take it to L&P. Corey did a great job on my Tundra! Like it never happened. Saved me $$ on my deductible and was done two days earlier than what he initially told me. I've had body repair work done to other vehicles I've owned and they never are done when they say it will be when you drop off your vehicle. Corey was great to deal with and if I ever need body work done in the future I'll be taking it to L&P. Highly wreck-a-mended!!!

Great experience at L & P Body Shop!! My 18 year old son had wrecked my Honda Pilot knocking out the entire glass on the back lift gate. After acquiring multiple quotes from shops in the Franklin area where I currently live, I decided to get a quote at the body shop in my hometown of Ashland City. I was given an on the spot estimate which was several hundred dollars less than any of the other estimates I had received. L & P also took my car in immediately and were able to have all the work completed in 4 business days. My car is back in perfect condition and I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work and honesty and helpfulness of the staff.

I had a rock crack the windshield of my brand new truck. I took it to L&P and they told me that the cracks were pretty big and most likely couldn't be repaired, but they tried. It didn't work out, but I was more than willing to compensate them for the attempt. The vehicle being so new they also weren't able to get the replacement windshield. They refused to accept payment for attempting to repair my windshield and I ended up having it done at the shop my insurance company recommended. The circumstances didn't lend themselves to me being able to have the work done there but I could tell they actually cared about my vehicle and my situation, and their prices were very competitive. They seem very honest and trustworthy and I will go to them in the future.
