Amazing! I have been having trouble with my car and I went to 3-4 different places. One place told me it was my transmission and gave me a quote for $5,000. However, my CV Axle was broken. They listened to what I was experiencing, road with me to see what I was experiencing, and got me in and out within 3hrs. When they thought we might have to wait on a part they even offered to give me a ride home. They care about your car, safety, and pockets. They didn’t see me as a single woman who they can get money out of. My car went from undrivable to a smooth ride. I will for sure be back!

Excellent customer service. My car broke down Saturday afternoon. I had to have it towed to Payne's.Automotive. He fixed my car on Sunday morning so I could get to work on Monday. The distributor had to be replaced. He had the problem diagnosed by 9 and ordered the parts and repaired by 12. Very affordable price. Highly recommend for your repairs.

Couldn't ask for a kinder and friendlier mechanic. Had my alternator go out between Missouri and Alabama. Clarence was able to get me in same day and back on the road with my family. Staff is professional and informative and clear about what was wrong and what had been done with the vehicle. Front desk was friendly and there was no push for additional services, just honest and upfront status of my vehicle. Price was fair for the work done. Can't thank these folks enough for their work!
