I came in to get a new battery and Gary was super helpful! I was waiting in the store for less than two minutes when Gary came over to help. He was so nice and explained the different options. He quickly put in my battery and was very kind to my daughter while he was working on my car. I will definitely be coming back here in the future. Such great customer service which can be hard to come by these days!

This was my first time going to an auto parts store and my experience on Sunday was awful to say the least. I was stopping by this store to get a replacement headlight bulb and the front cashier quickly found the specific item that I needed on the computer and told me that it was on a certain aisle. I thought I knew what he was referring to, but when I tried to find the item I became confused by how the aisles were labeled (I thought it was similar to Walmart’s layout where they had a combination of letters and numbers to indicate the different sections) and I was quickly thrown off by shelves that had a combination of a letter and a number on them. In retrospect, I should have asked the younger employee to guide me to the area, but I did not want to bother him if I thought I knew what aisle I was looking for. While I was searching for the item, I wasn’t aware that I ended up at the “back” portion of the store. At first glance, the merchandise aisles and the aisles at the “back” of the store appear to be connected because they were so close together. Again, this was my first time at any auto parts store so seeing the large selection of items that I had no clue about was overwhelming and confusing. It did not help that another employee, an older white man with a goatee, asked me what I was looking for in the back of the store. I was obviously looking along the aisles in confusion, and then he shooed me away after I told him I just needed to find replacement headlight bulbs. I wasn’t doing anything nefarious like taking items off of the shelves, rearranging products, or shoplifting (feel free to check the security footage), yet I was treated as if I was doing these things. He kept telling me that I wont find what I was looking for “back here” and then proceeded to the front of the store and asked the front cashier why a “random customer was in the back” in front of me instead of offering any assistance. Even though it was clear that I was lost and confused, the old employee just wanted to be mean. Luckily, the younger employee ended up guiding me to the right aisle and rang up my item. I appreciated his help and he didn’t do anything wrong.

Gary and Tameer were very helpful and kind. I came in with no idea about cars and my battery was busted. They took time to explain it to me and help fix the problem. Their work was very quick and efficient and my car is as good as new! Definitely the ideal experience.
