Since the manager Bret stopped working there the employees there don’t know what they are doing it took me 30+ minutes to just get my engine oil and filter and parts which I already had the part number for and they still didn’t know where they were located. It doesn’t seem fair that the manager worked there for 15 years and they fire him for something that wasn’t his fault.

Purchased a stainless steel exhaust tip today. Was putting it directly onto a brand new glass pack. When purchasing, the cashier said as long as the plastic with the barcode was still on it, if it didn't fit, we could return/exchange it. Got home and spent about an hour fiddling with the little screw mechanisms trying to get just enough room to put it on to no avail. It simply would not fit. Now, in order to try and fit the tip onto the exhaust, I had to remove a bit of the plastic from the inside and one end of the tip to be able to even try it. Hopped in the car with my receipt, and exhaust tip in hand to do the exchange. When my husband and I got there, I didn't see the cashier who previously helped us, however, 2 other employees helped. They refused to do anything stating that the plastic was removed and product was installed and the engine was started putting exhaust fumes into the tip. I'm confused how this would be possible when it would fit to go on. The lady refused to hear me out stating we installed and used the product so nothing they can do. How the hell can you use the product when it wouldn't go onto the exhaust to install? So now I have a useless to me exhaust tip and will not be returning for any further products to any advance location which is a slight loss for this locatuon only blocks away because I just bought a Jeep. We all know they need parts constantly.
