Placed an online order last night & waited until 11 am today to call because order showed still in process. Tried calling for over an hour only for it to ring or it just would hang up. Finally got a hold of someone. Tried asking questions about my online order & to make sure it was in stock. The guy I spoke with was the rudest person I have ever dealt with & should not be working with the public. I was told that they didn't have the time until that minute I called to bother to process the order. When I asked to speak to the manager I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. The way he acted like it was a bother & the way I was spoken to is ridiculous. I will never buy anything from this store again.

I went to the Elizabethton location and I received the best service.kyle and Wesley both went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct part for my jeep and both were very kind to me.i will continue to shop this location.

Y’all have stole from my fiancée and my family. You’re lucky the cops haven’t been called. My fiancee bought a brake caliper from you, at a price of $82.99 + a $40 core charge. At a later time in the day, he brought in his old brake caliper and was refunded $44 for the core fee. Later this evening, he had to return the brake caliper because your store sold him the wrong part. He was refunded $82.99 + tax. After all was said and done, we were refunded $144 total BUT now your store is in possession of his old brake caliper (his core) and will not return it to us nor pay us the $44 it is worth being a core. Your store owed me $144 refund for bringing the part back (remember it was 82.99 + core fee) WITHOUT him turning in his core. So you're refunding what I paid just to get the part, but now you owe us for the core you have stolen from us. We either want the caliper back, or we want the $44 you owe us for his core. Hopefully your incompetent employees can understand this along with your store manager that was arguing we were in the wrong. So now, when he goes to another parts store to buy the brake caliper, he will have to pay the 82.99 for the new caliper, BUT ALSO THE $44 core charge because YOU STOLE HIS CALIPER THAT COVERS THE CORE CHARGE. I expect a reply, a phone call or something from someone because I promise you this will NOT BE THE LAST TIME YOU HEAR FROM US. you also need to train your employees to be competent. Not only did your employees stand there and call my fiancee stupid and an idiot, but they straight up STOLE our core. I either want the old caliper back, or I want the $44 it was worth or legal action will be taken.

I ordered my parts online and picked them up at the store. This is the first time I have used this process. It was quite nice to look for the parts, their availability at my store, the price, and read other's reviews on the parts to help make a decision. The Staff were helpful and had great attitudes. They had the parts ready in 30 minutes and upon pickup, reminded me of an item that I had forgotten to buy to make the process smoother. The store was well stocked, clean, and well lit. The prices were visible on the shelves and the Staff were attentive to the customers and helpful in looking up items on their in-house system for my next project. Repairing a vehicle is rarely a "fun time" for me, but the Staff here helped my day and my repair go more smoothly,
