Matt was fantastic. He gave us lots of information about our car and options. He was very up front about the cost and extremely fair. He even had a sensor fixed while they had everything apart and didn't charge us extra. It truly was the best car repair experience I've ever had. I will be taking all my vehicles here from now on.

AAMCO has been absolutely amazing! They did an incredible job on my transmission repair—fast, efficient, and at a very reasonable cost. What really stood out to me was how they treated me like a person, not just a paycheck. Their customer service is unmatched, and they genuinely care about their customers. Recently, when my truck wouldn’t start, they got it in right away, even during the busy holiday season. I was worried sick and called them countless times, but they were always patient, understanding, and kind. They went above and beyond to get my truck back on the road when I needed it most. Matt and his team, quickly, took my vehicle and started to diagnose it. I had an engine and transmission on warranty and he had to replace the transmission which it took several days to come in. It’s been a week and the car is driving well. If anything to improve, I would say the communication when the shipment has arrived at their shop was not related to me, but other than that great work guys.

I would give this shop 6 STARS. Matt Jones and two technicians went above and beyond great customer service. I was stranded over the weekend in Omaha when my vehicle had a mechanical problem. Matt got my vehicle in early Monday morning to diagnose the problem. The repair would require leaving the vehicle for over a week waiting for parts. Unfortunately this was not an option, since I was over 500 miles away from home. I rented a truck and trailer to haul my vehicle home, but I had no way to get my vehicle on to the trailer. The second I pulled into the parking lot one of the technicians came out and said they would be able to get my vehicle on the trailer for me. They were able to load and secure the trailer for me in less than 20 minutes. If I had the time i would have done the repair at this shop especially knowing the high quality customer service that these three men had given me. I would highly recommend them.

This location has true and honest professionals, I recommend them to everyone i come across. Matt does a great job keeping you updated on your vehicles progress. Couldn't ask for a better experience!
