Got an oil change here on my Nissan got excellent service , the woman in the Service department was awesome ! Helpful ! I didn’t get her name but she was small thin and a positive light in that service department the other woman standing in there looking at a screen never even answered a phone or helped the service woman out with a line of people she was lazy! my service included a tire rotation they found a screw in my tire said it was not repairable ! Good thing when she showed me cost I remembered I bought them at Firestone and had warranty she also encouraged me to get there asap so I wouldn’t get a flat any way this would have definitely been 5 star but when I took my car in to get tire fixed I was told it was a small screw did not even puncture so not even a repair required this is concerning to me and will probably warrant a call to a manager the stars are for price , service desk and speed of service and getting me in same day quickly and THEY HAVE A MASSAGE CHAIR ❣️

I was a stranded traveler-'23Duramax was having emission code problems. 8:00 on a Monday morning, I talked to Paul in the service department. Told him my problem, and that I understood that service departments are always booked well in advance-especially for their diesel techs. Paul said to come in and that he would do his best to get me in and out. He worked me in, had the truck diagnosed and fixed in 4 hours. That is awesome service-thank you!!

Had my car towed in for a anti theft turn off. It came back with my oil filter finger loose. Missing a bolt to my battery box. There was a jump cable attached to my fuse box. None of the covers to the battery were assembled back on my car. I now have leaked oil on my garage has oil on the floor. Paul told me it wasn't in for an oil change so it wasn't them. Then spoke with Keith and he twisted my words and basically called me a lair. Still waiting for his manager to call. Finally spoke to Darrell. He expects me to allow them to tow the car to the shop so that they can look at it. All the way frustrated. Called the # provided below. Receptionist doesn't even know who to transfer me too. Called back and you are not even there today. Interested in the issue at hand?

We took our Chevy traverse to get serviced. Chase and Megan assisted me and they were very polite and prompt with excellent customer service. I was in and out in 10 minutes but our vehicle didn’t have to stay behind for obvious reasons. Overall I enjoy coming here and I’ve had nothing but good vibes and good experiences. Recommend it all the way!

I have to re-submit my review. I bought a 2018Jeep from Beardmore and 3000 miles later I took it for its first oil change. They found that my new car, $11,000 with a $4000 warranty, needed a new head gasket. Beardmore was able work with me and provided over $4000 of repairs to my jeep and charged me a small portion of that cost. I am satisfied with the outcome and it would not have been as delightful if I hadn’t dealt with Paul. Thanks to the mechanic that fixed her up for me and thank you to whoever gave me my first Jeep duck!

My 2022 Silverado’s check engine light came on, and it restricted my top end speed to 62 mph. I called Beardmore Chevrolet service, and Paul got my truck in ASAP. From what I understand there was a team of technicians working on the problem. They were baffled because speed restrictions happened on a gas engine. Typically, speed restrictions happen on diesel engines with DPF’s ( diesel particular filter). They found the problem and I had my truck back that same day in the afternoon. The team did a fantastic job!
