Tires Plus

I have done business with this Tires Plus for many years. About 14 months ago I bought a full set of tires for my 08 KIA Sorento... Fine... Last February my 99 f-150 needed work on the ignition system. I specifically told "Mike" I believed the issue was the relay switch on the firewall. I was told it was the starter after they looked at it. I believed that to be a complete line of B.S.. I asked for the starter core back because it had been replaced just a week before that. I paid my bill and took my starter to "THREE" places that bench tested the starter that was in my truck. All 3 places show my starter to be in great shape and they gave me the read out paperwork verifying that the starter was fine. I returned to "Mike" to present my findings and paperwork about the starter. He was at first defending the work Tires Plus preformed. He quickly reversed his stance when I asked to see the read out when they bench tested my starter. He said they didn't bench test it... WTF...!!! Are you kidding me replace a starter without testing first then claiming its the problem. What kind of mechanic does that? The kind that cheats the average customer. I often work on my own vehicles but it was the dead of winter and didn't feel like doing the work at that time. Can you guess what the problem was......????? MMMM... it was the relay switch as I first pointed out. By this point I have no trust in "Mike" or your "parts changer" in the shop. I tried to get "Mike" to do the right thing but "Mike" is more worried about protecting his back side then admitting fault and making things right by the customer. I after trying to reason with "Mike" I was only offered a $34 in store credit. That brings me to today... The KIA that I bought 4 new tires for had an issue with the wheel. So I called today and got "Mike" on the phone. I told "Mike" I have a loose wheel and a loose tire/wheel that I needed the tire moved to the loose wheel. Mike asked if the tire was new. I said I bought a set of 4 from you about a year ago. Mike told me he could not do that unless the tire was new. What in the world kind of policy is this...??? I asked what if the tire needed a repair? Do you force people to buy a new tire because of a nail or slow leak? Things just don't jive. So I went in to pay "Mike" a visit to get my $34 of credit back on my card. "Mike" told me that I had on credit on account. The $34 is meaningless at this point. What is not lost on me is that "Mike" is perfect for the type of business you run. It is incontrovertible that "TIRES PLUS" is a bottom line kind of business, if we screw over a few here or there it's ok... I will make it my point to tell this true story every chance I get any time car repair comes up. My wife will do the same. I have read your replies to other 1 star reviews and they are basically the same line over and over. So don't waste your time on me unless it will be something of substance or value. W. Bystrom

Phill and Mike were professional and very helpful, they both worked with me on TPS pricing. I expressed my concern about my newly finished wheels being damaged and that I was very particular. I was assured that his best wheel tech would work on my truck and would have no problem finishing the job without causing any wheel damage. I left a note and a cash tip in my truck for the tech. In my note I asked the tech to take extra care not to damage my wheels and to please use black wheel weights and to remove all residue from the removed wheel weights. When I arrived to pick up my truck I inspected the wheels. Black wheel weights were used as asked. Sticky glue from the original wheel weights was not cleaned off. One wheel has a bad chip in the powder coating. I mentioned to Phill that one wheel was damaged. Anyone should expect to have tires replaced without damage. I took extra precautions and expressed my expectations beforehand and still had my wheel damaged. I wish more care was taken when this work was performed.

10/10 go elsewhere! Michael tried selling me two new 175/55r15 tires for $417! The average price per tire is ~$55 DEFINITELY DON'T BUY HERE.

If I could give 0 stars i would!!!! took 2016 Mercedes in as was vibrating at high speeds and when turning right at higher rate of speed would hear a thunk or chunking noise on the front right. I said I thought maybe CV Axle and they said would test drive and look. I asked them to check to make sure no other suspension parts were lose on the front of the car. He called me later to say he test drove car and thinks needs alignment, but didn’t hear the noise on the right side. I told him to try a right curve on the hwy or interchanges as when it always did it. He called back at the end of day and said that needs 2 CV Axles and a New Break Job quoted me 2500 dollars. I told him I wanted another opinion so took some where else. Another mechanic was going to inspect it and took off the cap for the lugs and there were 2 broken studs in the cap. So, in my opinion tires plus didn’t even correctly diagnose my car just thru guesses at it. Wanted me to pay 2500 for something that didn’t need fixed. This is my opinion as when got the studs replaced all the chunking and noises stopped on my car. How they could say needed breaks or diagnose car without taking tire off is beyond me but thankful for true professionalism of other places. Mike is the Manager there and he is not a honest guy. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Chris

Went here for a new tire and rim, P gave us excellent customer service at first. Very friendly, very helpful. We left the car with the understanding that is would be checked for damage and he would get us a quote on rims. While out we did end up finding better deals for a tire and rim. We called him to ask if we could pay them to put those on for us. P started yelling over the phone about how he’d already ordered the rim and being very aggressive. Although we had asked him to get the rim we made it clear we needed to see it in person first before making the purchase. He called us liars and claimed he had recordings of the agreement, which was never produced. We immediately went to pick up the car letting them know we would only be paying for the inspection. The other employee now began to get loud and argue P’s case. Upon asking how much we owe and verifying work was done and that we owed anything, he became angry and told us to just leave and not come back. We were very willing to pay for what they did and tried multiple times, but he refused and told us to leave. It felt like the customer service ended as soon as they realized we would not be purchasing their products, even though we were still trying to purchase their services. Overall just a very unpleasant experience. Would not recommend.

Thursday evening at 4:30, I had an unexpected flat tire. I tried unsuccessfully to remove the lugnuts to change the flat. I drove to the nearest tire repair shop I could find. Adriel was very courteous and quickly replaced my flat with the emergency tire for free! That was the beginning of a professional and personable relationship that extended up to the Manager, Phil Collins. Phil's expertise and respect for my military service provided me a requested quote. The quote was scaled from good, better, to best product offerings. After sleeping on it, I returned to Tires Plus to replace all tires because of their service before during and proven reputation commitment after the sale. Additionally, I needed brake replacement and got those too at an amazing discount. My flat tire was unfortunate. However, I was fortunate to encounter Adriel, Phil and the Tires Plus team and you will too! I highly recommend their expert timely quality products and service.

On a business trip here in Bellevue NE and woke to a screw embedded in my tire. Great service when I arrived by the store manager I think. Told me what jobs were in front of me. Delivered better than estimated and price was the price he gave me at the beginning. Great place

Tires Plus on Ft Crook in Bellevue for the win!! I got a flat on Tuesday night. Got to them around 615pm when they close at 7pm. They had us in and out of there in 30 mins with a new tire and the price was actually very reasonable. Thank you guys!

I live in Omaha and noticed a bolt in the sidewall of my vehicles tire during a visit to Bellevue. The guys at Tires Plus serviced my car immediately. They were very kind and helpful, offering the waiting area for me as well as my 3 dogs, who were traveling with me. I can't express how grateful I am for such great service. I will make sure Tires Plus in Bellevue gets my future business.
