I have had an agreement with them for over 10 years. I have received the WORST customer service from them over the past 2 years. Their representative came to deliver oil and realized that 90 % of the oil was spilling onto the driveway due to a leak and continued to deliver the oil and never stopped. Thankfully I was there and stopped the guy. When I called the office, I was given no apology or credit for the issue. Also, I am on the maintenance plan and had to call twice for oil delivery. I have left 4 messages for a Manager to call me and that was over 4 months ago. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
