(AMOCO) This gas station looks good and the place is nice and big, but you need to replace the attendant to make the place better. He acts condescendingly and does not even have the energy to return the greeting, and pretends to be busy even though no one is around. You are losing a lot of customers because of that

I went on a quiet morning to clean my car at the gas station at the do it yourself car wash. The water pump stopped working mid way through my clean. I informed the clerk that the water pump stopped working and he replied, without hesitation, “no, it’s working” without looking at my car or the water pump. I told him that it wasn’t, hence why I was informing him of the situation. He proceeded to fix merchandise around the register and then went on his phone pretending he was looking something up. I asked him for my $6.00 refund and said he was going to call the owner to see if he could refund me. I walked away because I don’t have time for lies or games. I stayed around for about 10 minuets to dry off the car and he never gave me a refund nor looked at the pump. Long story short, they have lost a customer for life. They have poor customer service skills, the prices appears to be too high and an employee who automatically dismisses customers without even looking at the issue is a tale tale sign that this isn’t the first time they’ve failed to assist paying customers who were in need of assistance or a refund. I wouldn’t return to this gas station if they gave me free gas for life! So long!

That bold guy at the cashier is very rude. The way he speaks to the customers is way unprofessional , he shouldn't be wearing Amoco uniform.

Very cold customer service in very cold night( check the weather).. The least thing you should serve a nice well made cup of coffee. Unfortunately coffee was very watery.. yes customer service needs improvement.. I didn’t hear hi nor thank you.. AMOCO you can do better.. And speaking of coffee . It’s not cheap here..
